Is Kendrick Lamar’s album going to be released next week?

A photograph depicting a release date for Kendrick Lamar’s new album has been shared online.

There is still no official release date for the untitled album, though it has been confirmed for a 2015 release, following last year’s single ‘i’. Speculation for next week’s release has been attributed the this photograph.

The image was uploaded to sectioneighty.com’s online forum by member Besky, who visited their local Wal-Mart and spotted the upcoming album releases. No statement has been issued by from Lamar, his representatives or Wal-Mart at present. With appearances at festival events in February and March and rush releases by Bjork, D’Angelo and Madonna recently, anticipation is rising.
