Kasabian to close Day Three of Glastonbury 2014
DIY previews the final day of Glastonbury 2014, featuring Kasabian, James Blake and St. Vincent.
The 43rd Glastonbury Festival closes out tonight with Kasabian’s first ever headline appearance on The Pyramid Stage. They’ll be bringing new album ’48:13’ to the occasion - chances are they won’t have an ‘Eez-eh’ time of it, but they’ll be looking to prove naysayers wrong.
Day three brings about some mighty clashes - James Blake (Park Stage) and Disclosure (Welt Holts) both close their respective stages out at the same time, while St. Vincent (Park) and Bonobo (Welt Holts) share similar honours.
Massive Attack headline the Other Stage, with The Horrors and Sam Smith also set to make appearances throughout Sunday.
Other highlights arrive in the form of Glasto Emerging Talent winners M+A, Bombay Bicycle Club (Other Stage) and Oxford band Glass Animals’ first Glastonbury appearance on the BBC Introducing Stage.
Also look out for George Ezra, Chance the Rapper and London Grammar, who all appear on the John Peel Stage this year.
