Kate Tempest unveils apocalyptic new video for ‘Europe Is Lost
Featuring Trump, Isis, the KKK and all your fascist favourites :(
Kate Tempest has unveiled the video for recent single ‘Europe Is Lost’, featuring black and white footage of Trump, the KKK and a catalogue of political horrors.
Interspersing footage of political leaders, with clips of Britain’s Got Talent, the Grand National, police raids and Wall Street, the video serves as an apocalyptic stream of consciousness, with all manner of social issues confronted to Tempest’s soundtrack.
‘Europe Is Lost’ features on Tempest’s critically-acclaimed 2016 album ‘Let Them Eat Chaos’ and frankly, it still rings quite true as a sentiment, doesn’t it?
