Kate Tempest to perform new album in full for new BBC show

Kate Tempest has been confirmed to play the first in a new BBC Two series called ‘Performance Live’.

A new project between Battersea Arts Centre and Arts Council England, the show will invite “exciting artists, producers and arts organisations” to produce their own television programmes.

For the inaugural show, Kate Tempest will play her new album ‘Let Them Eat Chaos’ in full at one of her local venues, Brockley’s Rivoli Ballroom. The performance falls part of an evening dedicated to National Poetry Day, airing 1st October.

‘Let Them Eat Chaos’ is due out 7th October. She plays the following UK dates:

04 Birmingham, Institute Room 2
05 Norwich, the Waterfront
07 Manchester, Ritz
08 Bristol, Academy
11 London, Roundhouse
