Kelis streams ‘Live In London’ album ahead of release
Album - recorded at London’s Somerset House - is due out 24th November.
Kelis is streaming her ‘Live In London’ album in full ahead of its 24th November release.
Recorded at London’s Somerset House last July, the album features classic songs from the singer such as ‘Milkshake’, ‘Bounce’ and ‘Lil Star’. It is also fronted by a cover of Nina Simone’s ‘Feeling Good’; a rendition which doesn’t stray too far from the original and ends on a high with an ambient and more funky version of ‘Acapella’ taken from her fifth studio album ‘Flesh Tone’.
Kelis released her sixth studio album ‘Food’ in April this year and recently collaborated with London based house act BrEaCh.
You can stream the ‘Live In London’ album below.
