Kendrick Lamar announces first ‘Kunta’s Groove Sessions’ tour dates
Seven of the eight promised shows have been revealed.
Kendrick Lamar teased a new upcoming tour titled ‘Kunta’s Groove Sessions’ at the start of the month, and dates have now been announced for half of the run.
The intimate tour was advertised to take in eight shows, and all but one of these have now been revealed, with the shows beginning on 27th October in Atlanta. The tour is set to take place around a run of more standard Kendrick shows, and are dotted across late October and early November.
Kendrick is set to be backed by The Wesley Theory, a new band of his, for his performance, with support for the shows coming from his ‘Money Trees’ collaborator Jay Rock.
It’s not clear when the remaining four ‘Kunta’s Groove Sessions’ tour dates will be revealed. Check Kendrick’s full touring schedule, including the new Groove Sessions dates, below.
