Kendrick Lamar has been sued for using artwork without permission
Photographer Giordano Cipriano is seeking damages for Lamar’s ‘The Blacker The Berry’ artwork.
Kendrick Lamar has been sued over the use of the artwork for ‘The Blacker The Berry’.
Photographer Giordano Cipriano claims that the photograph used for the single was used without his permission. Cipriani has filed a lawsuit against Kendrick Lamar, Top Dawg Entertainment, Interscope, and Aftermath, dated 10th July.
According to Bossip, Cipriano is seeking damages to the sum of $150,000 for each time the image was used and wants Lamar to pay his legal fees.
