Festivals Kendrick Lamar and Lil Nas X are playing next year’s Open’er Festival

They join previously announced acts Lizzo and Queens of the Stone Age.
After announcing that Lizzo and Queens of the Stone Age will be heading to Poland next year, Open’er Festival have confirmed that Kendrick Lamar and Lil Nas X will also be joining in on the fun.
Kendrick will be headlining the Saturday evening, while Lil Nas X will be going back-to-back with Lizzo as the Wednesday night co-headliner.
Kendrick released his latest album, ‘Mr Morale & The Big Steppers’, earlier this year. In our review, we said, “On this fifth record - a dense and daring double album - the rapper has finally freed himself from his saviour complex, and accepted his humanity, and the flaws and failings that go with it.”
Lil Nas X shared his debut album ‘Montero’ last year, which we called “a triumphant debut that sees the once-considered one-hit-wonder proving he’s got what it takes to prolong his musical journey and cement his growing pop phenom status.”
