Kendrick Lamar reveals hidden braille message in physical copies of ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’

Kendrick Lamar has revelaed in a recent interview with Mass Appeal that there’s a hidden braille message on the inner cover of new LP ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’.

Fans who own physical copies of the release can discover the actual full title of the album, with Lamar quoted as saying:

“[There]’s actually a sketch of braille that’s added to the title hidden inside the [CD] booklet that I don’t think nobody has caught yet. You can actually feel the bump lines. But if you can see it, which is the irony of it, you can break down the actual full title of the album.”

As The Independent points out, braille is found in two spaces of the booklet, saying ‘Sincerely’ on one page, and ‘a blank letter by Kendrick Lamar’ on the other.

Earlier this month, Lamar told MTV that album was initially titled ‘Tu Pimp A Caterpillar’, in homage to late rapper Tupac. Read more here and head to Mass Appeal’s website to read the full interview.
