Kendrick Lamar and Rich The Kid share a video for ‘New Freezer’
The pair head to a Chinese takeaway and more in the new clip.
After releasing ‘DAMN.’ earlier in the year, Kendrick Lamar recently teamed up with YG Hootie on new track ‘The City’, and he’s also worked with Future, Vince Staples, Mike WiLL Made-It and more.
Now he’s teamed up with Rich The Kid for another collaboration, ‘New Freezer’, an icy cool cut that stutters with trap beats and a creeping synth line. In the accompanying video, directed by Dave Free and Jack Begert, Kendrick and Rich The Kid hang out in various areas, including in front of a Chinese restaurant. And yes, Kendrick does get a takeaway for himself.
Kendrick will also be taking ‘DAMN.’ on the road around Europe with James Blake in February and March.
