Kings of Leon announce UK arena dates
Five massive shows take place next February.
Arenas might as well be Kings of Leon’s back garden, these days. And the Followill family have announced five UK shows, taking place next year.
Following the release of latest album ‘WALLS’, the group will play arena shows next February, stopping by in Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool and Glasgow.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow (14th October) at 9am.
‘WALLS’ is a mixed bag, says DIY’s Emma Swann in a review of the record. “It lacks the immediate bombast of either that last LP or 2010’s ‘Come Around Sundown’, but neither is it straight-up boring. Refreshing as their attempts to break the monotony may be, what are Kings of Leon with no lighter moments, after all?”
FEBRUARY
19 Leeds, First Direct Arena
20 Birmingham, Genting Arena
24 Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
25 Liverpool, Echo Arena
27 Glasgow, SSE Hydro
