Lambrini Girls drop blistering new single ‘Company Culture’
They’re also embarking on a huge tour of the UK and Europe next Spring.

Hot on the heels of a riotous festival season, politically-charged party starters Lambrini Girls have unveiled a new track, ‘Company Culture’.
The cut follows recent releases ‘God’s Country’ and ‘Body of Mine’, and this time tackles the insidious nature of toxic workplace environments. Explaining more about the concept behind the single, the band have commented: “Tired of working twice as hard while white, middle-aged men get credit for your ideas? Afraid to report harassment? Constantly second-guessing to avoid conflict? If you’ve answered yes: you’re probably a woman or a queer person.”
Expanding on the Catch-22 many women and queer people find themselves facing in their professional lives, Lambrini Girls posit: “If these challenges hold you back, it’s entirely your fault. And if you succeed, you’ll feel like a fraud. No matter how hard you work, you won’t be taken seriously. Your boss wants to shag you, HR thinks you’re hysterical - so maybe just shut the fuck up and smile. Many girls would kill for your position, stop complaining or it’s back to the kitchen. Welcome to the boys’ club.”

What’s more, the band - who have fast become staples of the UK’s live circuit - have also announced a new slate of tour dates for 2025, which will see them play venues across Europe before returning for a run on home soil (including a headline date at London’s Electric Brixton).
