Fast follow-up
Lana Del Rey’s next album is titled ‘Honeymoon’, nine songs written
‘Ultraviolence’ only landed last year, but already Lana’s next album is on its way.
We’ve only just had one Lana Del Rey album - or so it seems - and already she’s talking about the next one.
It’s not just your general niceties either. In an interview with Billboard, Del Rey reveals she’s got nine songs written and a title - ‘Honeymoon’ - for the record.
“The production is perfect; I’m looking for a few more songs to tie everything together,” she explains. “It’s very different from the last one and similar to the first two, Born to Die and Paradise.
“I finished my last one [Ultraviolence] in March and released it in June and I had a follow-up idea. It’s growing into something I really like. I’m kind of enjoying sinking into this more noirish feel for this one. It’s been good.”
