Let it snow
Liam Gallagher has narrated an animation about a melting snowman
The holiday-themed ad comes from the Climate Coalition.

‘Tis the season to be jolly, and now, aside from his album ‘As You Were’, Liam Gallagher’s provided us with yet another reason to be very jolly indeed.
Why? Well, as reported by NME, he’s teamed up with The Climate Coalition to narrate a short, animated clip called ‘The Very Hot Snowman’. Well, okay, it’s not the cheeriest of subjects to be talking about the increasing temperature of the Earth and how snow is becoming even more uncommon, but the sound of Liam G’s Mancunian tones ringing over the charming little clip has a certain festive warmth to it (no pun intended of course).
In the clip, Liam says “maybe you want to snuggle up with a hot chocolate or wrap up warm and wear your biggest coat” (preferably a parka we’re guessing, Liam?) “but in the grand scheme of things our Earth is too hot. It all gets quite sad from there as the snowman melts and Liam reels off ways that climate change is affecting the planet, but he leaves things on a positive note: “We have hope, because we know that together we can protect them if we act now and everyone does their bit”. Here here!
