Nice one LG x
Liam Gallagher unveils lighters aloft newie ‘For What It’s Worth’
Is Liam… Is Liam apologising for his behaviour?

Taking a break from bringing endless light to our Twitter feeds, As you were LG x - sorry, we mean Liam Gallagher, has unveiled new single ‘For What It’s Worth’. And whaddya know, it might just be a classic.
A big ol’ Beatles-y ballad, the track (taken from forthcoming debut solo LP ‘As You Were’ - due October 6) finds our kid seemingly apologising for his previous bad behaviour with a surprising amount of grace and decorum. “In my defence all my intentions were good,” goes Liam before kicking into the track’s lighters aloft, arms-round-your-mates sing-a-long chorus: “For what it’s worth/ I’m sorry for the hurt/ I’ll be the first to say I made my own mistakes”.
Is it a public apology to Noel? Is this a cryptic way of announcing an imminent Oasis reunion? Is everything just going to be brilliant after all?! Well, probably not tbh. But at least LG’s solo efforts can tide you through for now.
