‘Expanding Dub’ shows the musician… expanding his palette and rooting for a more exploratory vibe. The emphasis is on vibe. Man, this guy’s mind escapes. Original arrangements of songs from his new album ‘Dream River’ were left open-ended, giving him room to make dub interpretations.

Here’s the first of them. ‘It hasn’t really seemed that feasible in the past’, Callahan said to the New York Times about the potential of making dub songs.
