Listen Bright Eyes offer up new song ‘Forced Convalescence’
It’s the second song lifted from their upcoming new album.
Following the release of ‘Persona Non Grata’ last month, their first new material in nine years, Bright Eyes are giving us our second glimpse into their upcoming new album with new track ‘Forced Convalescence’.
An aptly timed song about reflecting on the past and thinking about the future while still in bed, staring at the ceiling, the soaring new’un builds with near-joyous flair, with a gospel choir joining to amplify Conor Oberst’s emotion-filled vocals towards the end.
Our latest taste at what their new album will hold, have a listen to ‘Force Convalescence’ below.
