Listen: Empire Of The Sun Reveal New Track ‘Alive’

Empire of the Sun are gearing up to release their brand new album and have now given us a first glimpse into what it’s going to sound like.

The Australian production duo will be following up their 2008 debut ‘Walking On A Dream’ when they release their latest full-length ‘Ice On The Dune’ on 17th June.

Following on from the album trailer that they revealed last month, the two-piece have now given us the first track to be taken from their new record.

Produced by Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore themselves, they again teamed up with Peter Mayes and Donnie Sloan - who also worked on the debut with the former - the twelve-track was recorded across the globe. The tracklisting looks something like this:

Empire of the Sun will return to the UK in a live sense when they perform at this year’s Wilderness Festival, taking place the 9th –11th August 2013.
