Listen: Lana Del Rey’s Debut Recordings?
Could these whispy, fragile tracks actually be the start point of what would go on to become the enigmatic pop star we know today?

Before we go any further, it needs to be stated that there has been no official confirmation that these are the-artist-that-would-become Lana Del Rey. That said, there are more than enough people claiming it is to lend a healthy dose of credence to the suggestions.
Word on the street is that many moons ago, Lizzy Grant (as she would’ve been then) recorded an album of songs under the name May Jailer, with the album in question being titled ‘Sirens’.
Whilst musically far removed from what she has gone onto record under various other monikers, there are pointers as to what would become - the feeling of languid mystique chief among them.
Here are the songs in question - see what you think.
