Listen: Lemuria Unveil New Single ‘Brilliant Dancer’

Following on from last week’s news of their forthcoming album, Lemuria have posted a brand new track.
Taken from their brand new record ‘The Distance Is So Big’, Lemuria have unveiled ‘Brilliant Dancer’; the first single from their newest album. Due for release on 21st May as a 7’ vinyl, you can have a listen to the track below.
For their newest album, the trio returned to work with J. Robbins - the man behind records form the likes of Against Me! and Jawbreaker - after previously working on their 2011 effort ‘Pebble’ with him.
Recording from late November to early December, and then again in January and February, the band have since created the thirteen-track offering, ‘The Distance Is So Big’, which is set for release on 17th June, through Bridge9 Records.

Speaking to DIY, bassist Max Gregor revealed that this record is set to explore some different territory to their previous release: ‘I think if you look at ‘The Distance is So Big’ and ‘Pebble’ side by side, you’ll see the connection, sure, but they’re very different records.’
