Listen: MANS Announce Debut ‘Strict Face’ 7”, Share B-side
The London-based group have links to Mafia Lights and they produce similarly progressive pop to boot.

MANS are a four-piece from London, whose primary members are Max Luthy and Muz Azar. MANS moniker. Sound confusing? It kinda is.
Background info becomes irrelevant when you hit play on the tracks helping to form MANS’ debut ‘Strict Face’ 7”, limited to an edition of 200.
The lead track is a direct, guitar-led pop track, but it’s the b-side where things really get interesting. A strong R&B; influence is right at the very forefront, as a soulful howl, similar to something Metronomy’s Joseph Mount is capable of penning, lurks over strangely seductive chords and a deep, progressive bassline.
Thanks to recommendation. They’re everywhere today, blimey.
