Listen: MAS YSA Streams ‘Years’ Track
Thomas Arsenault’s ‘Worth’ EP comes out on Downtown Records this February.

Thomas Arsenault’s ‘Why’ track - his breakthrough for Mas Ysa - was about as energised as it gets, like a digital addict being sent into hyperspace, with vocoder vocals being sent in dizzying directions.
His new ‘Years’ song is less muddling, less enlivened too. It’s the comedown after ‘Why’, a sudden moment of reflection that features on Thomas’ debut EP ‘Worth’. It’s single syllable titles galore, which is handy because the ‘pop’ (in very loose terms) songs he’s writing are on the complex end of the spectrum.
Pre-order the ‘Worth’ EP, out 3rd February on Downtown Records.
