Mush unleash new single ‘Dead Beat’

Following the release of their debut album ‘3D Routine’ back in February, Mush are sharing brand new track ‘Dead Beat’, which will feature on forthcoming EP ‘Great Artisanal Formats’ that’ll land on this year’s Record Store Day on 29th August.

Speaking on the new single, Dan Hyndman explains, “’Dead Beat’ is one of our oldest songs. We toyed around with having it on ‘3D Routine’ but for some reason it felt more at home among the shorter, zanier tracks of the RSD release. I think when i wrote it i was still working in an office as a data monkey, it has that data driven angst to it. Thankfully those days are done.”
