Listen: SBTRKT Unveils ‘Hold The Line’ From New Instrumentals 12”
Masked producer precedes a new Young Turks full-length with the ‘Transitions’ EP.
has yet to unmask the full details behind his new album (the follow-up to 2011’s Young Turks debut). Still, he’s not staying under the radar. He’s announced a new EP, a collection of songs where the vocals have been ‘SBTRKT-ed’!! (ie. The songs are all instrumentals).
Leading this up is ‘Hold The Line’, a track premiered via Mary Anne Hobbs over the weekend. The EP’s called ‘Transitions’, and its role is to precede a brand new album out later this year.
SBTRKT’s playing this year’s Field Day on 7th June 2014.
