Yumi Zouma’s debut EP is out now on Cascine, with the whole five-track effort being streamable on Soundcloud, containing breakthrough track ‘The Brae’ plus further examples of the trio’s graceful alt-pop.

The New Zealand via Paris/New York newcomers have picked up a fan in the form of Jack Tatum aka Wild Nothing. Instead of enhancing ‘A Long Walk Home For Parted Lovers” sweet, feathery guitars and sense of longing, he’s lent it a Gold Panda-style loop-heavy electronic backing, one that could easily linger on endlessly were it not for people having other things to do than listen to beautiful music all the time.
