Listen: Wilsen Share ‘Magnolia’ Track From New EP

NYC group make their first visit to the UK, playing Brighton’s Great Escape Festival.

New York-based songwriter Tamsin Wilson’s band first struck back in 2013 with a collection of woozy recordings, leaning towards post-rock, of all things. Mini-album ‘Sirens’ was released back in 2012, but Wilsen are making their first visit to the UK next week, a month ahead of a new EP ‘Magnolia’.

The EP (out 18th May), arrives alongside a lead track that stirs atmospheric guitars in with charming folk and vocals that sway between pensive and heart-shattering.

From 21st April, Wilsen support Matthew & The Atlas on a UK tour. Check out UK dates below the player.
