Listen: Yuck Unveil New Track, ‘Another One’
Increasingly prolific trio release their ‘Southern Skies’ EP this spring.
As the story goes, Yuck holed themselves up in a studio over Christmas and decided to start recording again, mere months on from their last record, 2013’s ‘Glow and Behold’.
The ‘Southern Skies’ EP is expected this spring. ‘Athena’ was one glistening track from the sessions. Here’s, in layman’s terms, ‘Another One’. By the sounds of things Yuck were churning naval-gazing punk songs out by the second. There’s a clever balance of beauty and head-spinning, shoegaze-nodding embrace, here. Listen below.
