Madonna announces new album ‘Madame X’
Watch the teaser video for the follow-up to 2015’s ‘Rebel Heart’.
In a new video, Madonna has teased a new album ‘Madame X’.
Though no set release date has been announced yet, the video features a clip of new music and a narration describing the album’s title character as “a secret agent traveling around the world, changing identity, fighting for freedom, and bringing light to dark places”.
Madonna’s last album was 2015’s ‘Rebel Heart’ and there’s been little in the way of new music since then.
Last year however, the singer featured in Ariana Grande’s ‘God Is A Woman’ video and featured on Quavo’s debut solo record ‘Quavo Huncho’.

UPDATE - Madonna has now announced the first single from the new album will be called ‘Medellin’ and will arrive this Wednesday 17th April. It will feature Colombian singer Maluma.
