Ever fancied having a crack at starring on daytime TV? If not, now you definitely will. Enjoying undisputed success and unanimous acclaim with chart-topping single ‘Uptown Funk,’ Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars and company brought the track to life on Ellen, transforming her studio into something of a fiesta.
Introduced by Mark Ronson behind the DJ decks, Bruno Mars and his backup crew led the whole studio audience through the track’s distinctive choreography; sort of like a televised pantomime. Finally sliding over to the stage, with a slight detour to boogie with host Ellen DeGeneres, their performance reached such steaming levels that a couple of firemen had to douse out the energy. Talk about a disco inferno.
