MØ covers Liss at BBC Radio 1’s Maida Vale
Danish superstar is joined by the Aarhus four-piece on tour this week.
This week, DIY’s July cover star MØ kicks off her European tour, visiting Manchester, Bristol and London on the way.
For four of these European dates, she’s joined by XL-signed Aarhus group Liss. And at a recent session in BBC Radio 1’s Maida Vale studios, MØ covered Liss’ low-key banger ‘Sorry’. Speaking about her tour buddies, she said: “I think they’re so cool. They’re being themselves and authentic. I love their style. I think they have a super cool thing going on.”
In the same session, she also performed ‘Final Song’ and brand new single ‘Drum’. Listen to the whole session below and the Liss cover from 22:10.
More MØ news, she says she’s “still working” on a new album. “I don’t have a date yet,” she admitted in an interview with Annie Mac.
