Modest Mouse reveal new track ‘The Ground Walks, With Time In A Box’

Modest Mouse have revealed another new track, the fourth to be taken from their upcoming sixth LP ‘Strangers To Ourselves’.

‘The Ground Walks, With Time In A Box’ joins ‘Lampshades On Fire’, ‘Coyotes’ and ‘The Best Room’ in being chosen to premiere the new album, their first since 2007.

The six-minute monster recalls more of the band’s older material than the other examples of ‘Strangers To Ourselves’ material, with their characteristically scratchy guitars carrying the track.

They’ve announced a number of summer festival dates to promote the album both in Europe and America, but as of yet have no UK shows planned.
