More Bands Confirmed For Slam Dunk: Canterbury, Marmozets & Charlie Simpson
Canterbury, Marmozets, Charlie Simpson and Into It. Over It. have all been confirmed to perform.
, along with a handful of new bands.
Both Canterbury, and Marmozets will now appear at the event, alongside the likes of Charlie Simpson, Into It. Over It. and Shane Henderson (of Valencia) who will all grace the acoustic stage.
Also confirmed are Hadouken, who will be taking part in a DJ set, as the headliners of the Dance Stage.
Thy all join the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Every Time I Die, Mayday Parade, Forever The Sickest Kids, Made Do And Mend, Cancer Bats, Architects. The Blackout, Motion City Soundtrack, Say Anything, Hit The Lights, The Story So Far and Lower Than Atlantis, who have already been confirmed to perform at the two day festivals.
Slam Dunk Festival 2012 will take place at both Leeds University and Hatfield’s University Of Hertfordshire on the 26th and 27th May, respectively.
Slam Dunk have also revealed details of two side shows; one set to take place in Wales and one in Scotland. Full details are as follows.
Slam Dunk Wales takes place at Cardiff University on Monday 28th May. Doors are at 5pm and the line-up, so far, is:

Slam Dunk Scotland takes place at Glasgow O2 ABC on Tuesday 29th May. Doors are at 6pm and the line-up, so far, is:
