Mutual Benefit airs new video for ‘Auburn Epitaphs’
Jordan Lee visits a local town fair for his new clip.
Mutual Benefit is keeping it local for a new ‘Auburn Epitaphs’ video, linking up with a track from his new EP ‘Cowboy’s Prayer’.
The EP itself brings together cuts recorded and releases in 2013, ahead of Jordan Lee’s ‘Love’s Crushing Diamond’ full-length. It’s since gained a re-release on Other Music.
‘Auburn Epitaphs’ brings together images of a local fair and footage of a marriage ceremony, coupled with shots of kids playing in the snow. It’s like flicking through an old family photo album, tiny memories combining to produce something meaningful. It’s directed by David Dean Burkhart.
