My Chemical Romance Unveil New Drummer

Previous drummer Mike Pedicone was fired for allegedly stealing from the band.

Following this weekend’s news

that My Chemical Romance fired their drummer, Mike Pedicone, after he was caught stealing from them, the band have announced his replacement.

Playing with them yesterday (3rd September) at Salt Lake City - according to altpress.com - was Dead Country’s Jarrod Alexander, who has previously played with both Death By Stereo and the Suicide File.

It’s not yet known, however, whether he’ll remain with the band for all their upcoming live appearances.

My Chemical Romance are currently mid-way through the Honda Civic Tour, which they’re playing alongside Blink 182. They’ll finish the run in October.
