Nick Cave shares trailer for new film ‘One More Time With Feeling’

Cave appears to address the recent death of his son Arthur for the first time in the clip.

Nick Cave has shared a trailer for his upcoming film ‘One More Time With Feeling’, and he appears to address the death of his son Arthur for the first time.

The film, a 3D concert movie, is set to be released on 8th September as part of a worldwide cinema event, with a new studio album ‘Skeleton Tree’ following the day after.

In the new trailer, Cave says: “What happens when an event occurs that is so catastrophic [is] that you just change. You change from the known person, to an unknown person. So that when you look at yourself in the mirror, you recognise the person that you were but the person inside the skin is a different person.”

Cave’s son died after falling 60ft from a cliff in East Sussex last July. He was 15 years old. Watch the trailer for ‘One More Time With Feeling’ below.
