Only Real cancels most of UK tour
“Withdrawal of funding” is the cause, just the London date remains.
Only Real has cancelled the majority of his forthcoming UK tour.
Via a statement posted on Facebook this morning from “Only Real HQ”, “withdrawal of funding” is the cause.
“Due to the withdrawal of funding for the tour,” it reads, “Only Real has had to cancel most of his UK dates. Apologies go out to everyone that has or was thinking about purchasing a ticket. But in the meantime, your ticket will be refunded at point of purchase and the London show on 30th April will go ahead as planned.
Thanks for your support and understanding.”
The dates were due to begin on 25th April in Newcastle, and also included visits to Norwich, Oxford, Reading, Manchester, Leeds, Brighton, Bristol, Southampton and Birmingham.
He still plays the 100 Club in London on 30th April.
Debut album, ‘Jerk at the End of the Line’ was released on 30th March. Read our review of the record here, and an interview with Only Real - aka Niall Galvin - here.
