Palehound are releasing new album ‘A Place I’ll Always Go’ in June
They’ve also shared a brand new video for ‘Flowing Over!’
Little more than a year on from releasing their album ‘Dry Food,’ Bostonians Palehound have announced details of their new album.
‘A Place I’ll Always Go’ is out on 16th June and as a
taster, the band have also shared a brand new video for ‘Flowing Over.’ The
track continues to develop some of the lyrical themes and urgent riffs present
in ‘Dry Food,’ with Ellen Kempner singing “I know your words are sugar but now’s
not the best time for me.” In the clip itself, we follow the Boston League of
Women Wrestlers as they get ready to perform.
In a statement, Ellen said: “Watching other women/ non
binary people exert so much of their time and energy into their passion, I
immediately felt inspired to step up my game.” Perhaps that’s a hint that ‘A
Place I’ll Always Go’ will be even better than ‘Dry Food’? Let’s hope so.
