Premiere: Listen: Canterbury Reveal New Track ‘Satellite’
‘Satellite’ will appear on a four-track EP of the same name, set for release on 23rd September.

They might be currently hard at work on album number three, but Canterbury have found time to reveal another brand new song.
Fresh from their announcement that they’ll be performing at this year’s Warped UK weekender, the four-piece have given DIY a first listen to their newest offering ‘Satellite’.
Along with their previously unveiled track ‘You Are The One’, ‘Satellite’ will appear on a four-track EP of the same name - doubling as a preview for their 2014 full-length - set for release through Hassle Records on 23rd September.
A little more curious? The band gave us an insight into the track, too… ‘After spending the summer in the studio recording our 3rd album, we are extremely chuffed to announce the release of our new single ‘Satellite’ along with an E.P of the same name to whet some appetites for the arrival of the full length album in January.
The song is about looking at someone who is perhaps lost and alone, and can’t quite seem to find their way, but letting them know this is no cause for concern, because there is always someone (a loved one, a friend) looking out for them. Even through faults, there is always someone who will understand and help you with that leg up you need to get through tough times.’
Now! Have a listen to ‘Satellite’, and check out their forthcoming tour dates below.
