Pulled Apart By Horses played a Maida Vale session for Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show earlier tonight (13th August 2014).

The three song stand, which included a debut for ‘Grim Deal’, taken from new album ‘Blood’, and an ‘individual’ take on Nirvana’s ’Smells Like Teen Spirit’ can be streamed below.

‘Blood’ is out 1st September. In a recent interview with DIY, they told us it was their favourite record yet. “It wouldn’t have made us happy at all to go and make another ‘Tough Love’. It’s that thing where we’ve been playing at one hundred miles an hour for the first few years of our life. We definitely wanted to play around with some more brooding, mid-tempo stuff.”

Last week PABH announced plans to launch their new album with an acoustic show at Leeds’ Brudenell Social Club - they’ll also be releasing their own limited beer.
