Radiohead remove ‘The King of Limbs’ from Spotify
B-sides ‘The Daily Mail’ and ‘Staircase’ are also gone.

Yesterday, Radiohead returned with ‘Burn the Witch’, their first single in five years. But for the second time in the space of two months, they’ve removed previous releases from their Spotify back-catalogue.
2011 album ‘The King of Limbs’ is no longer available on the service. The same goes for ‘The Daily Mail’ and ‘Staircase’, a one-off release that followed the LP.
These releases remain available on Apple Music and Google Play.
On 5th April, b-sides from the past two decades vanished from streaming sites, with XL Recordings gaining rights over previous label Parlophone. “This is the first step in the transfer of Radiohead’s back catalogue from Parlophone to XL. The main albums are being made available in their original form as a start, before non-LP material is reconfigured,” a spokesperson told Pitchfork at the time.
DIY has reached out to XL reps for comment.
