Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood To Score Paul Thomas Anderson’s ‘Inherent Vice’
Compositional wizard collaborates with Paul Thomas Anderson for the third time.

Floppy-haired orchestral whizzkid Jonny Greenwood is putting his name to another ambitious project, this time scoring the new Paul Thomas Anderson film ‘Inherent Vice’.
The Thomas Pynchon novel from 2009. This is the third time Greenwood’s put his name to a PTA film - he worked on 2007’s ‘There Will Be Blood’ and 2012’s ‘The Master’. That’s more Paul Thomas Anderson films that Radiohead albums in the space of 7 years. Just saying.
Joaquin Phoenix stars in the film, with musician Joanna Newsom also appearing, alongside Owen Wilson and Reese Witherspoon. The film’s expecting a release sometime in 2014.
