Raury shares new song ‘Home’
Soft new track finds the teen in a reflective mood.
The tail-end of 2015 saw Raury drop his first album ‘All We Need’. As the brave next installment in a career that began in earnest with his mixtape ‘Indigo Child’ and collaborations with SBTRKT amongst others, the 19-year-old’s debut LP showed us his softer, slicker side.
New track ‘Home’, produced in partnership with Take A Daytrip, Jesse Belilenberg and Chance The Rapper associate Peter Cottontale, offers more of the same. It’s a sobering and somewhat confessional glimpse at the prodigious teen’s next move, a sparse lament from someone whose music and touring commitments have taken him away from his home comforts, and, most importantly, his mom. Awww.
He’ll tour the UK in April in support of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, so expect the new track to be given a live outing then. Find ‘Home’ and the tour dates below.
