Rebecca Clements shares new track ‘Pure Wasted’

The song is taken from her new EP of the same name

After a dominant showing at a DIY Presents gig at the Old Blue Last in February, Rebecca Clements returns with a brand new EP ‘Pure Wasted’.

The title track is available to stream below and, according to The 405, is, “about losing someone you’re with to the strong stuff. Making a play on words of ‘Pure Wasted’, pulling together the idea of a pure substance and a pure love, both are equally as toxic. Essentially, it’s a love song. But I wanted it to feel more than that, to tell a story rather than play the victim.”

The ‘Pure Wasted’ EP is available now and includes ‘Coma Boy’ and ‘Wildlife’, both of which Rebecca Clements shared last year.

In support of the EP, Rebecca will be taking to the road this summer, starting off at Live At Leeds Festival on May 2nd before taking in her first ever hometown headline show on the 10th May in Bristol as well as an appearance at 2000 Trees Festival in July. The full dates are as follows.
