‘Run the Jewels 3’ is almost finished!
El-P confirms every vocal track has been recorded for the album.
It looks like Run the Jewels’ third album will see the light of day before 2016’s out.
El-P, one half of the duo, gave an update on Twitter today (27th September), saying: “every word for #RTJ3 has now officially been recorded. the album is almost finished.”
One of the year’s most anticipated albums, ‘RTJ3’ will follow ‘RTJ2’ from two years back. In the interim, they released ‘Meow the Jewels’, a charitable spin-off of their previous record.
Here’s hoping it arrives in time for election day.
