Bon Iver collaborator and singer-songwriter S. Carey has got a new album called ‘Hundred Acres’ coming out on 23rd February through Jagjaguwar; that’s only next Friday!
He’s already shared ‘Fool’s Gold’ and ‘More I See’ from the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Range of Light’ and now he’s revealed a video for the latter. Directed by Brendan Lauer, it kicks off with a (pretty confused) driver rescuing Carey from some icy wastes – it’s not entirely clear how he got there, but he is surrounded by mirror pieces. Mysterious.
Anyway, he takes the singer home and makes him a part of the family, although considering he won’t stop lip-syncing to the song it’s again unclear as to how he holds a decent conversation. That doesn’t really matter though; it’s a homely and charming clip following his integration, with a few funny moments in the mix.
Watch the video for ‘More I See’ below.
