SBTRKT debuts six unreleased tracks in BBC Radio 1 takeover
Producer stands in for Benji B in three hour session.
Last night, on a break from touring his ‘Wonder Where We Land’ LP, Aaron Jerome aka SBTRKT stood in for Benji B for a three-hour long Radio 1 show.
Taking over ‘3rd Hour’ from midnight, SBTRKT debuted six unreleased and untitled tracks, scattered amongst recordings from Jeroy Hutson, Tessela, Machinedrum, Lee Bannon and Pusha T.
SBTRKT’s show also featured a Thom Yorke remix of Liars, plus music from Caribou, Flying Lotus, Jay Electronica, Little Dragon and fellow XL artist Kaytranada.
His new album, ‘Wonder Where We Land’, is out now on Young Turks.
