SOAK covers Bring Me The Horizon’s ‘Drown’
The singer-songwriter visited the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge yesterday.
With debut album ‘Before We Forgot How To Dream’ set to be released this June, Derry singer-songwriter SOAK headed to the BBC Radio 1 studios to perform in session for the station’s Live Lounge yesterday.
Playing her own current single ‘Sea Creatures’, Bridie also opted to cover Sheffield metallers Bring Me The Horizon’s latest, ‘Drown’, stripping back the track’s epic riff for a much more subdued take.
And, given that the performance was retweeted by BMTH keyboardist Jordan Fish, it’s fair to say the band are in to it, too. (And not just for the additional PRS.)
