Someone is selling mud from Glastonbury on eBay
Bring the vibe home.

With the dust settling on this year’s Glastonbury and just the skin of the Pyramid left to remove, some #joker has decided to make a few bob off those still wallowing in their festival blues.
Listed on eBay this morning: some mud from the festival site.
Described in the heading as “glastonbury genuine 100% glastonbury mud with glastonbury grass” (snappy, right?), bidding at the time of writing is sat at a modest £2.70. Bargain. “this is genuine 100% glastonbury mud collected on my wellies from the glastonbury festival site” explains the seller. It’s also ‘Used’, in case you were wondering. If you fancy joining in the hottest bidding war this side of an air guitar, the listing is here.
Alternatively, if you’d rather re-live the vibe for free, you can play catch-up on all DIY’s coverage from the festival right here. No mud anywhere.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
There is a serious bidding war going on, between Glasto punters and actual musicians Theo Ellis (Wolf Alice), James Cox (Crows) and James Balmont (Swim Deep).
IMPORTANT FURTHER UPDATE
More on this breaking story as it develops.
The winning bid came from Swim Deep’s James Balmont. And everyone can now rifle through his eBay history.
“i’d like to thank my parents, my manager, and everyone else who has supported me throughout this exciting day.”, he told us.
Festival special! Featuring Wolf Alice, Kasabian, Lykke Li, Marmozets, Genesis Owusu and more.
