Southbank Centre launches prize draw for Harry Styles' fundraising Meltdown Festival show

Having recently revealed that none other than Harry Styles will be the curator of this year’s Meltdown Festival, London’s Southbank Centre has now confirmed that tickets for his headline performance - which will be a one-off orchestral affair - will be allocated via a fundraising ballot.

Taking place from 11th to 21st June, Harry Styles’ Meltdown is a programme of interdisciplinary events, workshops and gigs that will include appearances from Steam Down, New Young Pony Club, Soulwax, and Tracey Emin, as well as a one-night-only turn from the man himself on 16th June.

A rare opportunity to catch Harry in such an intimate setting, the show will also be a landmark collaboration between the pop superstar and the Jules Buckley Orchestra, as they perform new arrangements of his global hits (including, no doubt, cuts from his huge latest album ‘KISS ALL THE TIME. DISCO, OCCASIONALLY.’).

Tickets for Harry’s Meltdown gig will be available via prize draw: entry is now open, and is accessible to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over. 950 pairs of tickets are up for grabs, and entrants can buy one, two or three entries (each for one pair of tickets) priced at £20, £40, or £60 respectively.

Online entires close at 12pm next Friday, 15th May, while postal entries must be received by 6pm on Tuesday 19th May. All proceeds from the ticket prize draw will go directly towards the Southbank Centre’s work supporting artists, young people, and communities across the UK.
