Suuns announce new album ‘Felt’
They’ve also shared new single ‘Watch You, Watch Me’.

Two years on from ‘Hold/Still’, Suuns have announced their new album.
‘Felt’ is set to be released on 2nd March through Secretly Canadian, and it’s set to be a bit of a freer, looser affair compared to its predecessor. It sees the band returning to Montreal’s Bleakgrass Studios, where they recorded the first two albums, and recording themselves at their own pace over five sessions and several months. Singer and guitarist Ben Shemie says: “This record is definitely looser than our last one [2016’s Hold/Still]. It’s not as clinical. There’s more swagger”.

As well as announcing the new record, Suuns have also shared a video for its first single ‘Watch You, Watch Me’ and, speaking of the track, drummer Liam O’Neill said: “It was different and exciting. In the past, there was a more concerted effort on my part to drum in a controlled and genre-specific way. Self-consciously approaching things stylistically. Us doing it ourselves, that process was like a very receptive, limitless workshop to just try out ideas”.
They’re also announced a string of live dates. In March and April they’ll be touring across Europe, which will also see them playing a date at London’s Scala on 5th April.
